Wine bottle with a handmade bag for a gift!  What a great idea!  The bottom half can be made of vinyl or WPC the top has to be a light weight Cotton or WPC to allow the top to slide down.

Base will be black vinyl. Top material is cotton. You choise the color of the top and hardware.
